Thank you for shopping with Modern Loom LLC. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery options below.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to addresses within 60 miles of our showroom located at 8203 FM 1464, Ste. 1200, Richmond, TX 77407. Local delivery rates are as follows:

•       0–30 miles from our showroom: $50.00 flat rate

•       31–60 miles from our showroom: $70.00 flat rate

Delivery distance is calculated from our showroom address to the delivery address. Local delivery is available within the Greater Houston area and surrounding communities.

Once your order is ready, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.

Please note that local delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery has been completed.

Nationwide Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping. Our products are only available for local pickup or delivery within a 60 mile range of our warehouse.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

•       Local delivery (Greater Houston area): scheduled within 3–7 business days of order processing

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Modern Loom LLC is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date at support@modernloomdecor.com or (281) 868-6670. Please retain all original packaging materials and take photos of any visible damage, as these may be required to file a carrier claim.

Modern Loom LLC is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Delivery Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of checkout. Modern Loom LLC is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
